Originally from Troy, NY, I graduated from Troy High School and then went on to earn two degrees from Alfred University. While in college I competed as a NCAA Division III student-athlete on the Men's Soccer team. I was also fortunate enough to be involved in a number of activities that furthered my professional development in graduate school. I created and implemented a peer mentoring program within athletics that focused on knowledge of resources, social engagement, and overall wellness. Additionally, I interned as a Life Skills Coordinator to help first-year student-athletes transition to college. Finally, I held a graduate assistantship in admissions for two years. All of my experiences have led me to develop the necessary skills and approach to be a student-centered admission counselor at Ithaca College.
As someone whose sister graduated from Ithaca College, I truly appreciate the opportunity to introduce the campus community to prospective students!
