Dr. Jenna Linskens is the Director of the Center for Instructional Design & Educational Technology, Information Technology & Analytics, at Ithaca College, leading a team that provides support to faculty in innovative pedagogical practices and the integration of technology as a tool in teaching and learning. As a member of the college’s leadership team, she collaborates with campus partners to lead strategic efforts that align with the mission and vision of the college. Dr. Linskens holds a Doctorate in Educational Technology & E-Learning through Northcentral University. She is an active member of EDUCAUSE, including the facilitation of several EDUCAUSE institutes for New Managers and Digital Learning Leaders.
Previously, she taught graduate courses in Educational Technology at Marian University, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She worked with the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), providing project management, professional learning, and instructional design support to K-12 and higher education schools around the world. She has also taught in the K-12 public schools in Wisconsin. Dr. Linskens was named to EdTech's 2020 Higher Education IT Influencer List. She holds multiple certificates from the educational technology industry, including a Google Certified Educator and a Google Innovator (GTAUK 2014). She is a Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) through the Consortium of School Networking (CoSN) and an industry leader in instructional technology and learning. Dr. Linskens facilitates professional development trainings and coaching support in technology integration, instructional design, and e-learning in K-12 and higher education classrooms, presenting at state, national, and international education conferences.
