Hi everyone! My name is Madison Moore and I am a senior Journalism major with minors in Women’s and Gender Studies and Honors from Batavia, NY. I am very excited to be back in Ithaca living off campus during this remote semester as I was in Los Angeles during the Spring 2020 semester studying at the Pendleton Center and interning with Dateline NBC. Over the summer, I was supposed to be interning with the NBC Olympics team, but due to COVID-19 that experience was postponed. However, I spent my summer in Jacksonville, Florida enjoying the hot, summer weather and interning with the Garden Club of Jacksonville. This semester, I am continuing my active involvement in ICTV News as the Host and Producer of ICTV Reports, an Anchor for Newswatch and I will be working on this year's Election Center show. I am also co-hosting a podcast this semester for Passion Project which I am very excited to get started! I am happy to be entering into my fourth year as a volunteer with the Women’s Opportunity Center in Ithaca and Syracuse as their Social Media Coordinator. I am also working with them on a brand-new group service project providing promotional advertising material for the Center. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking and visiting the local Farmer’s Market and wineries on Cayuga Lake!
