Important Notice

The Occupational Therapy Department is not accepting applications for the Professional Entry-Level Master's Program for the 2020-2021 academic year. Please contact Dr. Michelle Bradshaw or Patricia Condon for further information.

You will have many unique opportunities for occupational therapy practice while engaged in academics. You will work beside registered therapists at the on-campus Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy (OT/PT) Clinic, the Center for Life Skills, and partake in community service at the Ithaca Free Clinic.

Selecting a Fieldwork Placement

You will select your fieldwork site during the first summer semester that you are on campus. You will browse a database and select fieldwork sites based on your preference, but the site is not guaranteed.

Fieldwork occurs in your second summer, when you complete a three-month placement. You will complete a second three-month, and a third two-month, field placement during your third summer on campus.
