My name is Mae McDermott, and I am a senior writing major and English minor from Clarksburg, Maryland with particular interest in creative nonfiction, poetry, editing, publishing, and layout. I serve as coeditor in chief of Stillwater and Layout Editor of Buzzsaw Magazine. My poems have been performed on the podcast Newcomers, and I have essays published or forthcoming in Loose Tooth, Oakland Arts Review, and Borrowed Solace.
