Hi there! My name is Matt Minton (they/them) and I'm a senior majoring in Writing for Film & TV with minors in Integrated Marketing Communications and Writing. I'm involved as a senior writer at The Ithacan (previously Life & Culture Editor), editor for Buzzsaw Magazine and recently joined The Ithaca Voice as a reporting intern and ICTV as NewsWatch Sunday Producer. I’m primarily interested in writing about arts criticism (particularly of film and albums) along with fiction and poetry writing. In my free time, I also dance and choreograph for IC Unbound and am interested in producing and public relations. My main goal as a tutor is to help people discover their voices as writers and encourage creativity.
