Our commitment to your successful transition to IC

  • If you choose to enroll at Ithaca College, you will be invited to enroll in a free one-credit summer course designed for first-year students—and up to two more one-credit summer courses for a nominal fee ($150 each, with the ability to earn three Ithaca College credits for $300)—that will engage you in IC’s learning community and help ensure your successful transition to Ithaca College.
  • A host of new student and co-curricular virtual programming this summer will help you connect with other students—incoming and returning—as well as faculty, staff, and alumni.

When I took the IC campus tour, I knew this was the place for me. I loved the town and the campus, and could see myself as part of the student body. I had this gut feeling that I would be happy here, and I was right! Everyone was so welcoming, and I had no trouble making friends. I feel like I have met my people!
