Academic Alert Program
This Academic Alert Program (AAP) form is for Ithaca College faculty and can be used to communicate information about a student who you feel may need extra assistance in order to succeed in your course. The form is located below. Please fill out the requested information regarding the student and your academic concerns.
Upon submission of the form you will see a confirmation screen. The Academic Advising Center (AAC) will then reach out to your student. Upon completion of the outreach, you will receive follow-up communication from the AAC.
