Meals, snacks and beverage service are a critical aspect of any conference or event. Careful management of food expenses, as well as service fees and taxes, are something our experienced staff can assist you with.

It is common for guests to have special dietary needs. Our catering department can easily meet these requests with plenty of planning on the front end. Here are common diets and what they mean:
Vegetarian – No beef, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish or animal flesh of any kind.
Pescatarian – No meat or animal flesh other than fish.
Vegan – No meat or processed foods containing animal-derived ingredients such as eggs or dairy. May avoid sugar and wine.
Gluten-Free – No foods containing gluten.

The Office of Conference and Event Services is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, which is located in the Campus Center/Phillips Hall, just behind the Information Desk.
