To create a successful event experience, it's essential to match your program’s needs with the right venue. Before making a reservation, consider the size, location, and layout of the space to ensure it aligns with your event goals.
Campus event spaces fall into two categories:
Configuarable SPaces
- These venues offer flexible layouts that can be customized to suit your program’s specific needs. Whether you're hosting a banquet, lecture, or interactive workshop, these spaces can be arranged to support your goals.
- Examples include: Emerson Suites, Clark & Klingenstein Lounges, and IC Square (some limitations)
Non-Configurable Spaces
- These spaces feature fixed layouts that cannot be altered. They’re ideal for meetings, presentations, or gatherings that don’t require a customized setup.
- Examples include: Meeting Rooms, Common Areas, and Classrooms.
Selecting a space that complements your program objectives enhances the overall guest experience. It’s not just about capacity it’s about functionality, flow, and accessibility. Our planning team is here to help you evaluate available spaces, identify any obstructions, and anticipate bottlenecks to ensure a smooth event from start to finish. We also take into account key factors such as ADA compliance, ease of access, and potential layout challenges.
