Ithaca College’s internal catering menu is designed to offer a diverse range of food options, promoting cultural inclusivity while ensuring our chefs can create attainable and delicious dishes.

Recent Updates to the Catering Menu & Services
Pizza - Catering will no longer be offering pizza. If you'd like to request pizza for your event, please contact Makaylah Hebbard via email. Requests can be made during Towers Eatery business hours.
Cakes - Catering will no longer be offering cakes. Guests are welcome to order cakes from local vendors such as Wegmans, Purity Ice Cream, and Tops Friendly Markets. Please coordinate directly with your preferred shop.
Estimated Attendance - Food selections will be strictly based on the estimated attendance provided and will not be adjusted after summary/form distribution. Catering services are available for events with a minimum estimated attendance of 15 guests.
Uniform Quantities for Catering Selections- All catering items must be ordered based on a single, consistent estimated attendance. Requests for varying quantities across different menu selections within the same order are no longer supported.
Dietary Considerations
It is common for guests to have special dietary needs. Our catering department can easily meet these requests with plenty of planning on the front end. To ensure the best experience, please communicate any dietary requirements as early as possible.
When using the Event Request Form. Please include any allergens or dietary considerations in the "Food Allergies" section of the form below your selections. Specify the catering type/selection and quantity required per person. Ex: "Gluten Free Donuts for 15 people"
