Campus Center Setup

The Campus Center offers a variety of event spaces to support your programming needs. Some rooms feature flexible configurable layouts, while others are non-configurable with fixed layouts. To ensure the best fit for your event, it's important to consider your program’s requirements before making a reservation. Below is a list of available spaces along with their setup options.

Emerson Suites

Emerson Suites - Round Tables Layout

Round Tables

The Emerson Suites is a versatile configurable space that consists of three banquet rooms that can be used individually or combined for a variety of events (lectures, wedding receptions, information fairs, performances etc.).

Specifications:

Reception: 500 people

Round Tables: 330 people

Lecture: 650 people (without a stage)

Size: 111' x 56'

Setup Options: 

Lecture setups are available in all configurations of the Emerson Suites. Please refer to the attached document for visuals.

Banquet-styled setups using round tables are available in all configurations of the Emerson Suites. Please refer to the attached document for visuals.

Reception-style setups are available for all configurations of the Emerson Suites. If your event will be using all three suites, and you have not yet been assigned an event planner, please contact ces@ithaca.edu for assistance. For visual references, please see the attached document.

Vocal or dance performance setups are available when all three sections of the of the Emerson Suites are reserved. Clark Lounge

Clark Lounge - Lecture Style

Lecture Style

Clark Lounge is a configurable event space conveniently located just off the Campus Center Lobby. Positioned directly across from its sister suite, the Klingenstein Lounge, these two venues offer cross-space compatibility perfect for events that benefit from dual-room functionality.


Whether you reserve Clark Lounge on its own or pair it with Klingenstein Lounge, you’ll gain the flexibility to host dynamic programs with separate yet connected spaces. The Clark Lounge is ideal for intimate receptions, casual gatherings, and smaller-scale events that require flexible layouts.

IC Square

IC Square

Located inside the north entrance of the Campus Center and adjacent to the Campus Center Quad, IC Square is a dynamic and centrally located venue ideal for community-focused events. By day, it’s a lively student gathering space; by night, it transforms into a flexible event hub.

Ideal for activities like karaoke, bingo, trivia, crafts, and performances, IC Square features the Campus Center’s only built-in stage with removable furniture to suit various formats.

While most seating is fixed, the space allows for catering setups and additional tables for check-in or materials.

Customizable Features in IC Square:

  • Built-in stage (only one in the Campus Center)
  • Removable stage furniture
  • Central walkway for catering setup
  • Optional tables for event materials or check-in

Upper Seating: 146 people
