Meeting Spaces

Meeting spaces should be the right size and in a preferred location. When you can align the event space to the program objectives, you will enhance the guest experience.

A space must suit both event and guest needs. Along with ADA compliance and accessibility, there are many other considerations that need to be taken into account.

Based on your program needs, our planners can ensure the right mix of rooms is available. We will evaluate a space's layout, possible obstructions, and anticipate any bottlenecks that could arise.

The Office of Conference and Event Services is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, which is located in the Campus Center/Phillips Hall, just behind the Information Desk.
