Debbie Uchida is the Volunteer Coordinator at Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly-San Francisco (LBFE), a non-profit organization that provides social support for isolated older adults and programs that promote interpersonal connectivity with a focus on building trust, friendship, and community. At LBFE Debbie manages volunteer recruitment, orientation, and participation for most of LBFE’s programs. She is also the Program Coordinator for the Tech Allies program and appreciates how introducing the internet to older adults has helped them to feel more connected to today’s world.
