 ITHACA, NY — Rhoda Meador, the recently appointed director of the Ithaca College Gerontology Institute, will deliver the institute’s fall 2011 Distinguished Speaker Series talk, “Reframing Aging: Older People as Community Assets,” on Thursday, Nov. 3. Free and open to the public, the lecture will begin at 7 p.m. in Emerson Suites, Phillips Hall.



Ithaca College's AGES (the Aging and Gerontology Education Society) is proud to host The 20th Annual Harvest Moon Dance!  This tradition brings together older adults from Tompkins County and the students of Ithaca College for a night of live music, great conversation, dancing, and refreshments all for free.  So dress in your spiffiest attire, put on your dancing shoes, and join us for a great evening!  

When: Friday, October 28th, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Where: Emerson Suites

What: A free evening of entertainment, food, and dancing with friends
