Our Blue & Gold Society members are leadership donors who provide philanthropic support to create and sustain an extraordinary Ithaca College experience for thousands of students each year. Their annual fund gifts are intended to be spent in the year the gift is made – making an immediate difference where it is needed the most.

With a gift of $1,000 or more* to one of our many annual funds, we invite you to be a part of the collective impact being made from the dedicated supporters in our Blue & Gold Society. The philanthropic support of our Blue & Gold members has a tremendous influence on the lives of our students. Here’s how your leadership gift can make a difference at Ithaca College:

  • A $1,000 annual gift is approximately equivalent to the payout from a $25,000 endowment -- just one of the many reasons why annual giving is so important.
  • 96% of students at Ithaca College receive some form of financial aid. Gifts to IC help bridge the gap for students who otherwise may not be able to attend Ithaca college.
  • Your gift helps test thier skills beyond the classroom and gain professional experiences before they graduate, giving them the edge they need to succeed. Your generosity allows our students to:
    • Complete internships, research projects, attend conferences, or participate in community service-based learning opportunities
    • Study abroad or travel internationally
    • Compete in extracurricular activities, such as recreational sports
    • Participate in student organizations and clubs
    • Volunteer for community organizations

*Blue & Gold Society members are those who have made a gift(s) with a cumulative total of $1,000 or more within a fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). This gift can be split amongst more than one annual fund.
