The 2025-2026 Annual Performance Review will run from Monday, March 2, 2026, through friday, may 1, 2026.
The following table will explain the checkpoints and deadlines in this year's Annual Performance Review process.

| Direct Report Feedback Access Granted in HR Cloud by Human Resources | Access for direct reports to provide feedback about supervisor live in HR Cloud | March 2, 2025 |
| Peer Feedback Identification and Feedback Requested | Employee and supervisor identify peers to provide feedback. Supervisor issues request for feedback from identified peers. | March 2, 2026 – March 7, 2026 |
| Self-Evaluation Completion | Self-Evaluation document completed by employee | March 2, 2026 – March 15, 2026 |
| Direct Report/Peer Feedback Completion | Feedback forms completed by the employee about their supervisor and peers (as requested.) | March 2, 2026 – March 15, 2026 |
| Supervisor Evaluation | Document completed by supervisor. | March 16, 2026 – April 12, 2026 |
| Review Meetings & Final Feedback | Virtual or In-person meeting between employee and supervisor. After meeting is held supervisor submits final comments. Supervisor releases document to employee for employee to acknowledge. | April 13, 2026 – May 1, 2026 |
