A clinical associate professor and certified athletic trainer in the Department of Exercise and Sport Sciences, Hummel can discuss concussion research, management and education.
Hummel’s current research is on concussion management planning.
Hummel has served as secretary and treasurer of the New York State Athletic Trainers’ Association, volunteered as a manuscript and presentation reviewer for various journals and worked to promote concussion education at the local and state levels.
