ITHACA, NY — Family and friends of participants as well as community members interested in learning more about Ithaca College’s Center for Life Skills are invited to meet with faculty and staff of the program on Friday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m. to noon. The event will take place in the Ithaca College program area on the second floor of Longview, 1 Bella Vista Drive, approximately half a mile south of the main entrance to Ithaca College.
The Center for Life Skills is a rehabilitative program developed by Ithaca College to assist individuals who have experienced a stroke meet their maximum potential. The center is a highly individualized goal-setting program provided by faculty and students from a variety of allied health disciplines including occupational therapy, physical therapy, therapeutic recreation and speech-language pathology.
