This is a friendly reminder to all OSE-Recognized Student Organizations that the "Grace Period" deadline for Re-Recognition is today.
The Grace Period is the time at the beginning of the academic year where OSE Student Organizations can operate fully as normal, including tabling and reserving rooms. After this deadline, if a Student Organization is not officially Recognized they will lose the benefits of being Recognized, which can be viewed on the Office of Student Engagement's website HERE. Highlights of lost privileges include cancelling on on-campus room reservations and prevention of requesting and spending money.
If you miss this deadline, you can still work towards Re-Recognition!
The final Re-Recognition deadline for this academic year is 5pm on Friday, December 8th, 2023.
