The 21st annual Women in Leadership Experience (WILE) will occur on Saturday, March 23 in Seneca Falls, New York. The retreat offers a tradition of networking and engaging conversations among the participants, exploring the perceptions of progress for women, including a look at challenges that different generations and identity groups have faced, and how influences of past and present women leaders can shape your future. This event is open to all current IC students, and there is no fee to attend!

2024 Women in Leadership Experience!
- This day-long program will feature a visit to the Women's Rights National Historic Park and Museum, a series of activities and discussion sessions, and a panel of women leaders sharing their own experiences regarding living well.
- This retreat counts as three Leading in a Diverse World sessions in the Student Leadership Institute.
- Lunch, transportation and all retreat materials are included!
- The bus will leave Ithaca College at 9:00am and return to campus at 6:00pm on Saturday, March 23, 2024.
