Sound Healing: Destress Event

By Austin Reid, March 29, 2024

All are invited to Muller Chapel on Tuesday, April 2 from 5 to 6 for a sound healing program organized by Mindful IC and the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life. Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses vibrations generated by voices as well as instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and rattles. Come and immerse yourself in an hour-long sound bath and meditation to rest and recharge! This program is open to everyone in the IC community. No prior experience with meditation is needed. Our sound healing program will be led Pure Essence Vibrations, headed by Amara Steinkraus.

Please join us for a relaxing transition towards the end of the semester!
