On August 23, 2021 we'll resume meditation at noon EST on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in Muller Chapel. No experience is necessary; guidance is always offered. Over the course of 6 weeks, we will learn a Mindfulness Meditation technique and work on designing a daily habit. This 45 min. online class will meet at 6 pm on Mondays: 08/30, 09/06, 09/13, 09/20, 09/27, 10/04. No prior meditation experience required. Open to students, faculty and staff.
