Please join us for a relaxing transition to the end of the semester on Monday, May 2 at 5-6 pm in Muller Chapel.
Sound healing is an ancient practice which uses vibrations generated by voices as well as instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, tuning forks and rattles. Come and immerse yourself in an hour-long sound bath and meditation to rest and recharge! Open to everyone in the IC community. No prior experience with meditation needed.

Meditation sessions are available at noon EST on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in Muller Chapel. No experience is necessary; guidance is always offered. After the meditation ends at 12:30, there will be the opportunity for discussion until 12:45 PM. If you have questions contact Mary Ann Erickson or Diana Dimitrova.

Join us for Mindfulness Circle at 5 pm every Monday in the Gathering Hall of Muller Chapel.
No experience is necessary; guidance and support is always offered.
If you have questions about these sessions, please contact Diana Dimitrova at ddimitrova@ithaca.edu .

This retreat will include both seated and walking meditation, with guidance provided by Mary Ann Erickson, Associate Professor in the Gerontology Institute and a certified Koru Mindfulness Teacher. A silent retreat can offer participants an experience of spaciousness that can point the way towards finding balance in the midst of everyday life. Both beginning and experienced meditators are welcome. The Gathering Space in Muller Chapel has cushions, but participants are welcome to bring their own.
Lunch will be provided.
If you have questions, please contact Diana Dimitrova ddimitrova@ithaca.edu .
