
We're back this Fall for meditation at noon EST virtually on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. No experience is necessary; guidance is always offered. After the meditation ends at 12:30, there will be the opportunity for discussion until 12:45 PM. If you don't have access to a meditation pillow here is a great list of alternatives for you to utilize at home.
