Muller Chapel's Weekly Wellness Programs Offer Multiple Opportunities to Recharge

Looking for ways to rejuvenate your mind and spirit? Look no further than Muller Chapel's weekly wellness programs! Our various weekly wellness and mindfulness programs are designed to nourish well-being. Check out one or all of the following weekly programs:

Noon Hour Meditation
Days Offered: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Times: 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM
Unwind and recharge with guided meditation sessions organized by Mindful IC and the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life. Mindful IC and ORSL are also happy to share that these sessions are now extended through May 13!

Monday Night Realization Process Meditation Practices and Qigong-Movement Meditation
Day: Every Monday while classes are in session
Time: 5:00 PM - 6:15 PM
Join Professor Anne Stork for a journey into Realization Process Meditation Practices and Qigong-Movement Meditation. Elevate your spirits and find your center in the tranquility of Muller Chapel's Gathering Hall.

Pond Reflections
Day: Tuesdays
Time: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Connect with nature with Pond Reflections, a self-guided wellness program offered through Nature Rx and the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life. Cards are available at the chapel with various tips for exercises to try.
