Join us for THRIVE @ IC on February 11th from 12-1pm in the Hammond Health Center Group Room (Third Floor). This program is a partnership with Case Management, the Dean of Student's Office, and the Center for Health Promotion.

THRIVE @ IC is a drop in program aimed at helping you learn self-care strategies and resilience building skills. Interact with the 13 building blocks of resilience and learn about resources to help you Eat Well, Move Your Body, Balance Substance Use, Practice Mindfulness, and more!

Have 5 minutes? Great! Have 20 minutes? Great!  Come interact with as many of the building blocks that work for you and your schedule.
