Brad Sukala leads the design department at Think Company, a design and technology consultancy based in Philadelphia. His time is split between a number of tactical and strategic efforts all focused on helping Think Company and their clients achieve their design-related goals. On a weekly basis, Brad spends time with his team, providing project and career advice in one-on-one meetings and strategic guidance on departmental initiatives. As Think Company continues to grow, he is focused on ensuring the team's output maintains—and exceeds—Think Company's already high standards, while guiding the development of new capabilities.

Joining Think Company in 2010, Brad has played many roles in the UX department—from Experience Designer to Senior Vice President. Prior to Think Company, he spent time in project management, instructional design, and simulation design roles at various organizations. A member of the Park School of Communications Class of 2000 at Ithaca College, he lives in Media, PA with his wife and dogs and enjoys traveling, cooking, and talking about both.
