The Student Employment Enhancement (SEE) Subcommittee of the Experiential Learning Alliance is seeking proposals for our 2021 Summer Summit! This is a week-long, virtual conference designed for supervisors of student employees at IC. Any member of the IC community is welcome to submit a proposal to be presented to an audience of supervisors of student employees.

We plan to offer two, 50-minute time slots each business day throughout the week of Monday, July 12th - Thursday, July 15th (8 sessions total). Presenters will have the option of using the full time slot for their session, OR presenting a 10-15 minute lightning round session (will share the time slot with ~2 other presenters). All sessions will be offered synchronously via Zoom, and recorded.

Please complete this form by Wednesday, June 23rd at 5:00pm. We will reach out by Wednesday, June 30th to confirm participation and time slots.

Please direct any questions to SEE Co-Chairs, Jess Shapiro ( and Robyn Leary (

The Experiential Learning Alliance (ELA) brings together over 50 members across campus who are motivated to positively impact students’ experiential learning by creating intentional student development components, enhancing collaborative efforts, and facilitating integrated experiences. The Student Employment Enhancement (SEE) sub-committee is focused on providing training, resources, and support for supervisors of student employees.
