The ceremony featured music by the Ithaca College Jazz Ensemble and the Ithaca College Choir; remarks by Freeman A. Hrabowski, president of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County; and a reading by poet A. Van Jordan, husband of President Collado, introduced by renowned author Julia Alvarez.
