This workshop offers individuals a chance to review what affirmative consent means and looks like in real time

It can be offered in 60 or 90 minute sessions 

Because I Love You - Phrases like "because I love you" hold a lot of power. That's why they can be used to exert control. Learn to recognize when words of love are used to abuse. 

Behind the Post - Social media can skew our view of the relationships around us and sometimes influences our decisions to stay in unhealthy ones. This workshops allows you to explore the 10 signs of an unhealthy relationship through the lens of social media. 

Love Labyrinth - An abusive relationship can feel like something you're trapped in and can't leave. Even the smallest actions from your partner can impact you and your self-esteem, independence, and ability to recognize what kind of relationship you deserve. 

Couplets - In this workshop learn about the difference between a healthy and an unhealthy relationship. 

These workshops are offered in 60 minute sessions

Have you ever watched something happen and then wondered..."could I have done anything to prevent that?"  PEN offers three different types of workshops about bystander intervention take a look and see which one fits your needs. 

Bystander Intervention - This workshop will identify ways to intervene safely when you notice a risky situation. 

This program can be delivered in the style of a brief TedTalk or full 50 minute session.

Intervene - This workshop provides an opportunity for students to view the "Intervene" Bystander Campaign video with others and engage in a facilitated conversation to reflect upon the attitudes and behaviors that influence the process of intervening as an individual or with assistance. 

This program is offered in a 90 minute session.
