Name and Gender
In the last few years, I have found myself immersed in the College's efforts to respect and recognize our community member's chosen name and gender. This has included helping to craft a vision statement and to explore and work to address the plethora of issues and implications that it has on College systems and data. It has been a real privilege to work with a dedicated group from across campus on this important topic.
