About Me:
My journey at IC began as an undergraduate student. I studied Applied Psychology and minored in Education. After graduating, I went on to get my Master's Degree here at IC by partaking in the MBAEM Program. After getting my master's, I started here as a full-time staff member as an HR Assistant with a focus on student employment. I am currently an HRIS Associate for the Talent areas of HR. In my free time, I love getting outside, playing piano, researching true crime, and spending time with friends and family.
My Role:
As an HRIS Associate, I am responsible for assisting with system and workforce process transformation specifically in talent areas. I work on a variety of projects related to these facets, work closely with campus partners, help to solve system-related issues, and more.
