Oversaw all aspects of the School of Continuing Studies and its undergraduate degree program, including: academic and administrative policy; faculty relations; academic student support services; credit and non-credit curriculum development; adjunct faculty staffing, orientation, management, and advocacy; and new directions for program growth, including new program development, articulation agreements and partnerships with community colleges, and curriculum development.

Managed development, faculty approval and implementation of undergraduate degree programs in: Liberal Studies, Computer Forensics, and Elementary Education with Certification. Introduced public lecture series. Managed and co-authored ten-year Program Review of all major curricula in collaboration with faculty. Collaborated on successful government and private foundation grants totaling nearly $1 million. Co-presented faculty development workshop on grant writing.

Guided nontraditional undergraduate students through admissions process, including transfer coordination, transcript evaluation and course registration. Increased new student enrollment by an annual average of 7%.
