Samantha (Sam) Elebiary, is currently the BOLD Program Director at Ithaca College. Sam began at Ithaca College in 2017 in the Offices of Residential Life and Judicial Affairs as a Residence Director. She transitioned to the BOLD Women's Leadership Network in November 2018.  Prior to Ithaca College, Sam received her Master's Degree from Canisius College in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration. She has been working in education since 2012 when she became a Peace Corps Volunteer and taught in Ghana for 2.5 years. 

The BOLD Women’s Leadership Network is an innovative leadership initiative across six institutions of higher education led by women presidents who have demonstrated their commitment to collaboration, innovation, diversity, and inclusion: Ithaca College; University of Connecticut; Colby-Sawyer College; College of Saint Rose; Middlebury College; and Rutgers University–Newark, which serves as the anchor institution for this initiative. The BOLD network is committed to supporting young women from all backgrounds and especially those who have been significantly underrepresented in higher education in terms of socioeconomic class, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, citizenship, and ability.

In addition to serving as the BOLD Program Director, Sam is also involved across campus in other committees and initiatives, and supports the Title IX Office as well as the Career Services Office.
