Wellness While Social Distancing

The Wellness Clinic staff is dedicated to providing virtual services, resources, and support for our clients and the greater campus community to stay connected and engaged in wellness and physical activity during the COVID-19 pandemic.  We hope you will join us in our goal to get everyone consistently "moving" in ways that are healthy and safe for them to enhance health, immunity, and overall well-being.  Let's help hold ourselves and each other accountable and cheer everyone on!
