Deadlines for curriculum revisions to be included in the Fall 2024 (AY 2024-25) catalog:

• For program revisions requiring NYSED submission, complete program revision proposal packages must be submitted by Thursday, September 21, 2023. Check with Associate Dean Brown to determine if your program revision requires NYSED review.
• For all other programs, complete course proposals and program revision proposal packages must be submitted by Thursday, November 9, 2023.
• For individual courses not associated with program revisions, proposals must be submitted by Thursday, November 30, 2023.

Proposers should consult the How to ... Step by Step Guide for Proposers Preparing Program Revision and New Program Proposals before preparing program proposals in CIM.

Proposals to be reviewed are available via the Tracking Log. Faculty members who would like to review a proposal that is on the agenda can view the full proposals in the CIM system. Actions taken at each meeting are also posted online in the tracking log.

The regular meeting time of the H&S Curriculum Committee for Fall 2023 is Tuesday, 1:00-2:30pm. Proposals received a week before the meeting will be added to the agenda for consideration, in the order in which they are received.
