What clubs/organizations are you involved in?
- I’ve been on Student Governance Council for three years and am finishing out my career as student body president. I’ve been fortunate to see a lot of change, from amending our syllabus policy to working with TCAT to get the new 11S route established from campus to Wegmans.
- I’ve also been on Model United Nations since freshman year and have played some interesting roles. My favorite role was representing Amnesty International in the UN Commission on the Status of Women.
Are you involved in the Honors, Leadership Scholar, MLK Scholar, or Park Scholar Program?
Honors—but the old program!
Have you studied abroad?
I went on a weeklong short-term study abroad excursion to Brussels, Belgium, to participate in the annual Model European Union conference.
Have you been engaged in research, internship opportunities, student teaching, or conferences?
I did the Summer Scholars Program in 2018 and was accepted to the National Conference of Undergraduate Research twice.
What’s your favorite spot on campus and why?
My favorite spot has to be the chapel. It’s quiet, serene, and one of the “hidden gems” of our campus. There’s also free food during finals week every semester!
