We are writing to announce a temporary suspension of new applications to the Integrative Studies major, effective immediately. At this time of staffing reconfigurations and comprehensive curricular revision, the Integrative Studies Advisory Board has determined that it is prohibitively difficult for students to propose and complete a viable plan of self-designed study. Moreover, as several new, interdisciplinary majors are currently in the process of being developed and finding their feet, we wish to give students who seek more flexibility the opportunity to discover them as potential homes. The Integrative Studies program will resume accepting applications in Fall 2023.
