Students with an on campus Fall assignment
If you would like to return to campus prior to the official Spring semester opening, you may return to your Fall assignment as part of our Break Housing options by submitting a break housing registration form.
Students Who did not live on campus during the fall semester or are changing rooms
Early Arrival requests are required for students who did not live on campus during the Fall semester and are required to check into your Spring housing assignment earlier than the published Spring semester check-in date. You must receive written approval from the Office of Residential Life to arrive early. The earliest date you may request is the Tuesday prior to the published residence hall opening date for the Spring semester.
If you are required to arrive early due to on campus employment in an essential office, athletics, or academics, the early arrival request must be submitted by your employment supervisor, coach, or academic school. Requests will be approved when possible, depending on reason and availability of the specific room or apartment assignment. Students approved to return early will receive an email, with information about testing and their move-in.
