IMPORTANT WELLNESS CLINIC COVID-19 UPDATES

While the Wellness Clinic physical space is closed, our staff are still available and dedicated to providing resources and support for our clients and the greater campus community on how they can stay well and keep active during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Please check back frequently for updates and additions and don't hesitate to contact us. You will find a full list of our staff at the bottom of this page. 

Wellness Clinic Services starting March 25, 2020

The Wellness Clinic is excited to share some initiatives to keep everyone connected and engaged in physical activity and wellness during this challenging time.  We hope you will join us in our goal to get all of our members consistently moving in ways that are healthy and safe for them to enhance health, immunity, and overall well-being.  Let's help hold ourselves and each other accountable and cheer everyone on!!  

Video & Written Workouts

Join us for live and recorded virtual exercise classes and enjoy written workouts to do on your own schedule!

If you're looking for social connection, motivation, just want to check in, or have questions about exercise, nutrition, health, or wellness email Jen (jhunter@ithaca.edu) or Joe (johaire@ithaca.edu).   Jen & Joe will correspond with you via email or schedule an individual phone call or zoom meeting!

Exercise & Wellness Resources

With so many on-line resources available today, finding sound, credible exercise and wellness resources can be an overwhelming, confusing, and time consuming challenge.  To help narrow your search we've highlighted resources from leading fitness organizations which include evidence based exercise guidelines, video & written workouts, exercise libraries, and several other health, fitness, and overall wellness resources.  This section also includes some campus, local, and broader wellness resources.

Corona Exercise Challenge

Congratulations and thank you to everyone who participated in our 9 week virtual exercise challenge!   We hope it provided you with the support, motivation and accountability to keep moving in positive ways both physically and mentally while transitioning to home exercise and waiting for spring weather to arrive.

Prize drawing will take place when the Wellness Clinic re-opens!
