What clubs/organizations are you involved in?
- My first-ever position at Ithaca College was as an admission student service assistant. I work with admission associates and assist them in multiple manners involving prospective students. The majority of my time is spent helping prospective students get information about applying or just information about the school itself.
- I am also a residential assistant on campus, which most people know as an RA. An RA is what I like to consider as someone who helps students transition into college. We are a resource for many students, from first-year to upper-year students, and we are glad to help anyone who asks.
Are you involved in IC athletics?
My FAVORITE athletic activity on campus is rock climbing. It is not a club, and it is not a job. It’s just a couple of great people encouraging newer and older members to do their best and have fun!
What’s your favorite spot on campus and why?
My favorite spot on campus is absolutely the outdoor pool we have. It’s my favorite spot because over the summer I worked at Ithaca, and my fondest memory is hanging poolside with some coworkers, basking in the sun. Aside from that, Ithaca is a beautiful place to be in the summer.
Is there anything else you would want to share with a prospective student?
I am a first-generation college student and being at Ithaca for over three years, I have plenty of experiences to talk about, so don’t be shy about asking anything!
