Vendor registration is Open!
We're excited to invite you to join us for Educational Technology Day 2026, a long-standing regional event that brings together over 1,100 attendees from across upstate New York and beyond. Now in its 32nd year, the event has featured major vendors like Apple, Dell, Microsoft, HP, Kaltura, and many others.
While the event is rooted in higher education, it's open to all, including K-12 schools and local businesses. Attendees can explore cutting-edge technology, interact with leading vendors, attend hands-on demos, and learn how technology is transforming education and the industry.

- A Vendor Technology Showcase featuring the latest hardware and software
- a College Showcase with faculty and staff sharing innovative uses of technology.
- Over 40 Seminars, with topics like AI, Esports, Security, Data Analytics, and much more.
- A dedicated Teaching and Learning with Technology Symposium
This free event draws participants from over 150 organizations across higher ed, K-12, and the business sector.
