Show Logistics

The Campus Center Emerson Suites will be available for setup from 2-8 PM on Wednesday, March 20 the day before the show. Overnight room security will be provided. Setup is also available from 7–8:30 AM on the day of the show.

Government-issued photo identification will be required for all personnel entering the show setup area prior to 8:30 AM on March 21st.

Follow signs to the Campus Center and pull up in front of the building. Staff may be there to assist you and ALL vehicles MUST be moved once unloaded. 

Ithaca College cannot store large boxes/pallets/ storage crates while the showcase is in session. Please return these items to your vehicles. 

The event will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024, in the Ithaca College Campus Center Emerson Suites. The vendor showcase will run from 9 AM-3 PM. Seminars will be scheduled between 9 AM-3 PM.

We Will Provide

• 1 electrical outlets for each table. 
• General show publicity
• Free, shared Wi-Fi
• Overnight room security
• Show program

You (the vendor) will provide

• All necessary equipment, power cords and extension cords
• Setup, breakdown, and moving of your own equipment, although some students may be available to give you a hand
• Minimum of one representative at the booth throughout the show between 9 AM-3 PM

If you wish, you may send flyers, booth parts, etc., to us in advance of your arrival and we will have them waiting for you at your booth on Wednesday evening. Send items to:

• Important: The vendor name must appear prominently on all packages. Please allow enough time so that your shipments arrive here no later than 10 AM, Tuesday, March 19th. Due to our central receiving procedures, shipments received later than that will NOT make it to the show floor until in time.

You are responsible for arranging for the breakdown and removal of all material from the show floor and Ithaca College. We do not have room to store large pallets or boxes that items are shipped in. Removal from campus must be completed no later than 5:00 PM on Thursday, March 21, the day of the show.

If you need to ship any items AFTER the event, you MUST have pre-printed shipping labels or bills of lading. You are in charge of packaging equipment for shipment. Ithaca College will NOT be responsible for providing supplies. All freight shipments will be picked up from IC Warehouse beginning Friday, March 22nd, 2024, during our normal warehouse hours. 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Non-freight items will be picked up from Emerson Suites Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 4:00 PM.
