Information for Vendors

30 years of showcasing educational technology to Central NY!

Vendor registration is sold out for 2024 ETD

On Thursday, March 21st from 9 AM to 3 PM in our campus center we will be hosting our 30th annual Education Technology Day after a 4-year hiatus. The event provides an opportunity to learn about the latest computer related technologies, in and out of the classroom in areas such as virtual and augmented reality, computer hardware, software, digital communications, classroom media, security, networking and other related fields. We hope that you will be able to participate in this year’s event.

Ed Tech Day will provide you with an opportunity to interact with over 650 key technology support personnel and decision-makers from more than 150 institutions of higher education, K-12 schools, local businesses and other organizations in the upstate New York area. In addition, over 1,000 faculty, staff and students from Ithaca College will attend this event. While primarily aimed at higher and K-12 education, this show also attracts attendees from area businesses, not-for-profit organizations and local community.

This is the largest and longest running multi-platform, multi-vendor technology show for education in the central New York area. To see the list of organizations who have attended in past years please review the vendor packet for more details. If you’re looking to be a vendor at this year’s event, please be sure to register as soon as possible, in the past, we’ve sold out spaces months prior to the event.

See the Vendor Rates and Information page to reserve your space and submit your vendor registration. Please do so as early as possible, space is limited, and we would love for you to be there. We do charge a vendor participation fee based on the amount of floor space you require. See the Vendor Rates and Information page for details. Individual attendees are not charged a fee to attend this event.

I hope you will be able to participate in the event this year. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call at (607) 274-3098. You may also contact my colleagues Chris Corbin and Kayla van Dinther at (607) 274-7766, or via email at edtechday@ithaca.edu.
