All of our group exercise classes are offered free of charge and open to all members of the Ithaca College campus community. Class sign-ups are available online at recreation.ithaca.edu and at the Fitness Center front desk 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Part of our classes are currently offered virtually, once signed up for a virtual class a zoom link will be sent to your Ithaca College email 20-30 minutes prior to the start of class. If signed up for an In-Person class please be prepared to show your green "badge" at check in at the front desk. All classes will be held in the Wood Floor Gym.
