All of our group exercise classes are offered free of charge and open to all members of the Ithaca College campus community. Class sign-ups are available online at recreation.ithaca.edu and at the Fitness Center front desk 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Please be prepared to show your green "badge" at check in at the front desk. All classes will be held in the Fitness Center's Aerobics Room.
