Outdoor Recreation Equipment

• Reservation Requests DO NOT guarantee an order. Order confirmation is subject to availability of equipment.
• CASH ONLY payment must be collected the day of rental pick up 
• If you wish to cancel a reservation please notify 24 hours in advance

• Equipment must be turned in during the FIT's regular open hours with a staff member present. Orders returned to any other location will be subject to late, damage, or loss fees until the item(s) are properly returned
• Orders that are returned after the designated turn-in date will be subjected to late fees that accumulate more with each day its late 

• Customers who fail to return equipment (either lost, damaged, delinquent, or stolen) will be subject to the replacement cost of the item(s)

• Equipment returned damaged - and in un-rentable condition - will be subject to the full replacement cost of the item(s)

• Orders that are returned earlier than the agreed-upon end date will not be eligible for a full or partial refund regardless of whether the equipment was used/unused

• Clean all equipment before returning, if any equipment is wet during return please notify staff member
