The IT@IC team is committed to providing an exceptional technology experience for the students, faculty, staff and guests of Ithaca College. Our support teams are available to provide assistance via the following contact methods.

Service Desk Hours for fall 2020:

  • For the week of 8/31, we are open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm for phone/chat/email support only.

Beginning 9/8:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Sunday: Noon - 5:00 pm

About Walk-in Support at the Service Desk:

Note that in-person Service Desk assistance in 104 Job Hall will be available by appointment only on a limited basis in an effort to reduce face-to-face interactions as much as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please contact the Service Desk via one of the below methods initially. If we cannot resolve the question or issue remotely we will schedule an in-person appointment with you (weekdays only) at the Service Desk, or arrange for a technician to visit your office if needed.
