Ithaca College students have access to a wide range of technology tools and resources to support learning, collaboration, and personal organization. This includes Microsoft 365 applications for productivity, group projects, content creation, and data analysis; platforms for video management and virtual meetings; web-based forms for surveys and data collection; and additional support, training, and accessibility resources. Many of these tools are available on College-owned devices, and most can also be installed on personal devices, allowing students to work effectively both on campus and remotely.

Microsoft 365 Applications

As an Ithaca College student, you have access to numerous Microsoft applications and services. Visit apps.ithaca.edu and click on Microsoft 365 to get started.

College-owned devices include the latest version of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive pre-installed). You may also install Microsoft 365 on up to five personal devices.

Productivity & Office Tools

  • Word – Draft, edit, and collaborate on documents in real time.
  • Excel – Create and analyze spreadsheets for data organization, reporting, and visualization.
  • PowerPoint – Create and present slideshows with multimedia and collaborative tools.
