Submission Deadlines

Please submit all new and substantially revised programs by November 1; include all course proposals in support of these changes. All other proposals received by December 1 are guaranteed to be reviewed/considered by APC before the end of the academic year.

For inclusion in the 2021-2022 Undergraduate Catalog, proposals must be approved at or before the last full APC meeting of the spring semester.

Proposals are due the Tuesday before the agenda is posted. Agendas are posted a week before the scheduled meeting.
