Requesting a Room for a Meeting or Event
The college web-based scheduling application 25LivePro is a great resource for student organizations planning meetings and events.
Contracts are required for all performers, speakers or other activities requiring payment for services rendered.
Hazing and Harassment Policies
Ithaca College does not support hazing, discrimination or harassment in any form.
The Office of Student Engagement strives to help student organization treasurers learn how to be successful in their role.
Recognized student organizations are eligible to have an IC Account. Organizations with accounts have special requirements.
Spending Student Organization Funds
Student organizations may need to pay invoices/contracts, purchase supplies, get reimbursed, pay a student, or make a donation.
Funding Sources for Organizations
Student organizations may have raised funds and IC funds in their IC Account which can come from variety of sources.
Student organizations are required to deposit funds collected on behalf of their organization into their organization's account.
Student Organization Travel
Travel for the 2021-2022 Academic Year has not yet been determined if it will be authorized.

Every year advisors are required to agree to a set of terms & conditions as a part of the Recognition Process.
