Campus Center Programming

Campus Center Programming provides funding to student organizations hosting campus-wide events in Campus Center! It is a great way to reach the campus community and host a unique event for your org!

Due to limited Campus Center Programming funds, we are only reviewing One-Time event submissions. As of Spring 2026, these are the budget allocations for CCP events per semester:

One-Time Event: $300

To be eligible for Campus Center Programming funding, your event must meet the following criteria:

1. Hosted by an OSE-recognized student organization
2. Open to all members of the IC community
3. Be located in IC Square
4. Be solely funded by Campus Center Programming; we are no longer providing joint CCP funding along with pre-approved SGC funds

CCP Liaison

When using CCP funding, a member of our Campus Center Programming team will be able to help your org book event space in Campus Center, arrange credit card pickup, and assist with any event questions or details!

Exclusive Marketing Opportunities

Campus Center bulletin boards often end up cluttered and outdated. When your event uses CCP funding, your event will be advertised on our exclusive bulletin board! Located on the 2nd floor of Campus Center, event flyers and marketing material will be highlighted in our display case to ensure that your event stands out amongst the crowd.

Student organizations can also request CCP event marketing via LCD screens, outdoor display cases, tabling access and more! For more information, refer to the Campus Wide Solicitation website, or ask your CCP liaison.

Services

The Office of Student Engagement has various card swipes, walkie talkies, and a speaker/microphone that student orgs can reserve for CCP events! If you need these items for your event, you can fill out the Student Activities Center Form on IC Engage.
